Unto the knowne world does Lord Donngal mac Ronain, Pursuivant
Extraordinary, Nottinghill Coill Deputy send greetings.

This missive is to inform you of the business that Their Excellencies
Nottinghill Coill; Geldamar, The Noble Baron and Etain The Serene Baroness,
did execute from Their Court at Nottinghill Coill's Natal Day Celebration
in the Canton of Falcon Cree on the 25th Day of the Month of February AS 46.

His Majesty did give leave for Their Excellencies to proceed with Their
business and upon Their command I, being skillfully seconded by
Lord Etienne Le Mons d'Anjou the Poeta Atlantiae, announced Their Court as
open.

Their Excellencies did give warm greetings on a cold and windy day in the
Canton and thanked all who attended despite the weather and gave words of
praise to the event and the staff.

As the first business of Their Court they did summon Lady Caitríona inghean
Ghiolla Phádraig before Them and His Excellency spoke to her dedication and
service performed for the Barony and was minded to award her His Baron's
Award of Excellence.

Next Lady Milicent Shiveley was requested to appear before Their
Excellencies and Her Excellency spoke of the service and deeds performed by
Lady Milicent and in due Her Excellency did bestow upon Milicent Her
Baroness' Award of Courtesy.

Their Excellencies did then invite all those whom this was their first
event into court and presented them with tokens in the colors of the Barony
to welcome them and encouragement to continue their exploration of our
Society.

Deirdre, The Baroness Hawkwood did present unto Their Excellencies
Nottinghill Coill a basket of largess in keeping with the event being a
celebration of the founding of the Barony.

Lady Fríða in hárfagra was then commanded before Their most glorious
Excellencies and They then spoke of her most vigorous service to the Barony
and projects she had assisted with even though until the very night before
she was a resident of The esteemed Barony of Hawkwood and as such they were
minded to induct her into the Order of the Silver Knot.

Countess Kari Kyst the Event Steward was then asked into court and thanked
all those who attended and her staff, the winners of the days tournaments
were announced and called forth to receive their prizes in recognition of
the works and skills displayed that very day.

Their Excellencies believed another was due well deserved recognition and
summoned Lady Janna of Falcon Cree before them and spoke that it seemed
that no event they can remember in Falcon Cree had they attended and she
was not at the gate assisting gentles checking in and distributing tokens
of the day and due to her service His Excellency was very minded to reward
her and bestowed upon her His Baron's Award of Excellence.

As is custom for this event every year the time had come for Their
Dedicated Champions to pass on the duties that they had well undertaken the
previous year. Their champions were called before them and thanked for
their dedication to their duties and was released from their duty pending
one last order, that of passing their regalia and duties on to the newly
selected champions.

Sir Afshin Darius was summoned forth and being named Captain of the Barony
Levy, the title held by the armoured champion received the Baronial Sword
from Lord Wilhelm Leopard der Schwarze, whom upon his release from his
duties was duly inducted into the Order of the Coill's Champions.

Lord Elphin ap Daffyd was then summoned, as he seemed to have worry in his
eye that he had done wrong he prostrated himself before Their Righteous
Excellencies who then asked him to take the mantle of Captain of the
Baronial Guard, the title held by the rapier champion. He was then provided
his rapier and harness by Lady Ariel Benne Douw who in keeping with the
long held tradition had added to or repaired the regalia of the Captain of
the Baronial Guard by replacing the baldric. She was asked to join the
Baronial Guard as is custom and she accepted. Upon the completion of her
last duty was also ensconced into the Order of the Coill's Champions.

Lady Rohesia Anven of Thessaloniki was then summoned before Their
Excellencies and was placed into position as Captain of the Baronial
Missilers, the title of the archery champion and was given her bow, quiver
and arrows by Lord Jean Claude de Lyon who spoke to the tradition of adding
arrows to the quiver upon stepping down and showed the arrows that he
himself had added. He was also admitted into the Order of the Coill's
Champions upon completion of his final duty to Their Excellencies as Their
champion.

Lady Milicent Shiveley, the current Baronial Arts and Science champion was
then asked if she would remain at her post for another year and she agreed
and took her place in Their Gracious Excellencies court.

Eric Hawkins was then called before Their Excellencies and was asked to
stand as their champion of youth archery to which he agreed, the regalia is
to be passed to him from Katherine Kyst, completing her duty she was
inducted into the Order of the Coill's Champions as well.

The Nottinghill Coill Scribal Guild was summoned before Their Most
Excellent Excellencies and They spoke to the great service that the guild
has provided to the Barony in form of the beautiful scrolls that Their
Excellencies were very proud to be able to give as reward to their subjects
and was minded to award the guild the Award of the Hydra's Coill with
the caveat that no scroll was present so in keeping with their duty they
guild was to create a scroll for this award with the assistance of all of
the artisans of the guild to which Mistress Brig then started the call of
"Scribal Night" to the amusement of all.

As Their final piece of business Their Excellencies called forward The
Order of the Gordian Knot. When assembled Their Excellencies noted that it
seemed one was missing from there ranks. Seeing this travesty before them
Their Excellencies then commanded Dame Morwenna Trevethan to go forth and
find the one who was missing and requested haste in her duty. She then went
to the back of the hall and without breaking her quick stride did take hold
of Lord Draco of Brockore Abbey and bring him before Their Excellencies.
They then spoke of his great service unto the Barony without fail and his
dedication to all that he pursued and that They were minded to admit him
into this Order. Dame Morwenna then did give Lord Draco her own medallion
of the order to wear as a mark of being a Companion. Their Excellencies
then commanded him rise and greet his new order.

Being no further business before Their Court it was closed upon Their
command.

This report is correct to the best of my memory and notes and any errors
are only my own.

In service I remain,
