Unto the Populace of Atlantia that will be attending Gulf Wars,

Please take a moment to visit these two particular pages of the Gulf Wars
website.  Of particular interest on the Chirurgeons page is a schedule of
First Aid and CPR classes that will be offered.  I have been informed that
some folks that are interested in becoming Chirurgeons are having difficulty
finding classes to take in their local or that the classes were cost
prohibitive.

There is also a request for donations of freezer pops!

 

Another area that is always in need of assistance and a great way to support
all of the combatants is Fighter Support (formally known as Waterbearing).

All volunteers who work for official departments during the war will be
given vouchers for their hours worked. Make sure to get your voucher from
the shift leader at the end of your shift and then bring it to Volunteer
Point.

Your service hours will be assigned to the official SCA branch of your
choice for receiving a percentage of disbursement from the event profits.
