I want eventst to have marshalls. Make sure the paperwork is done at the end of the event. Our jobs make sure fighters can fight

I know that there were provisions in place, for allowing a 'change of
marshal' at last minute, even if it couldn't be published.   This was
discussed at Unevent in the marshal's meeting.

Does this not apply to the situation where there wasn't a MIC in the
first place, like this?  Or can that same provision be used?

Just curious, not only for the event, but for future reference,
