Greetings all,

If you or anyone you know are planning to try to authorize rapier, read
this. Please also distribute it far and wide so that your friends get to
read it, too, if they need to know these things:

Authorizations will begin at 9am on Saturday. It's a Very Good Idea to be
there and in armor before 9am (the marshal, his cloak, and his coffee will
be there at 8:30am, so show up early, get inspected, skip the line, get
brownie points, etc). It would also be appreciated if a couple of other
marshals could show up then, too. If you have a marshal training you,
encourage them to come help out with authorizations. I'll have more than
one coffee.

As always, authorizing fighters need to have 5 dollars and some proof of ID.

Authorizations will end when morning court begins (10:30am). Lest this be
considered a flexible cutoff, allow me to repeat: Authorizations end when
morning court begins.

There will be C&T authorizations.

And now the important bit:
IF YOU ARE A MINOR TRYING TO AUTHORIZE ADULT RAPIER YOU MUST TELL ME *NOW*
If you are a minor and I do not hear from you before the day of the event,
YOU DO NOT AUTHORIZE THAT DAY.

Lastly: Dame Rosalind Delamere is the Rapier Marshal in Charge for Ymir.
I'm just her Authorizations Organizing Monkey. Questions about
authorizations? Ask me. Questions about anything else (up to and
including quantum mechanics)? Ask her. She's a White Scarf and a Laurel,
she knows all.

Yours,
Wistric
