My Lord or Lady, (I mean no disrespect in my address, but Fen is a somewhat ambiguous name)
As I have stated to you in the past (in May to be specific) - the Merry Rose is no proper venue to handle such an issue.  Any of the questions you have asked here on this matter, can and could have been asked privately from your local seneschal, Baron and Baroness, the Kingdom Seneschal, etc.

If you truly wish to handle this matter, whatever it may be, in a proper, discreet and honorable and lawful manner - I suggest you visit our Kingdom Website, look up Kingdom Law and visit Section 14 which outlines the grievance process for this Kingdom.  Should you truly desire to skip over the due process as outlined in Kingdom law, then I would suggest that you visit www.SCA.org and look up our Omsbudsman - His Grace, Duke Martin Lochner and contact him  I will warn you that the first response there is likely to be a question about whether you have exercised the Kingdom processes.  If you have not already done so, I would also recommend contacting the principle of the Order of the Chivalry - Sir Theron Andronikos, whose contact information can also be found on the Kingdom Website.  He might be able to offer some insight into the problem.  The majority of the peers of this Kingdom (myself included), would also be willing to help resolve a problem -
 they have only to be asked.  I have copied the Crown and the Kingdom Seneschal to help set you on your path to resolution.

I hate having to do this, but after 12 months of good faith efforts to address this issue, I am not satisfied with the result. 

So who should I contact on the BOD re this? And is there any specific protocol I should follow?
