[MR] Cancellation of Curia

[TRM Atlantia]

It is with deep regret that We must announce that We will not be holding a
Curia during
Our Reign.  We had published in the August Acorn that We would hold Curia
at Sacred
Stone's 30th Birthday, but the publication requirements were not met for
the law changes
which We had in mind.  We will be unable to meet those requirements, and
therefore will
not be rescheduling Our Curia.
