Greetings Atlantia!  It almost seems impossible to think we are only seven
weeks away from celebrating the Coronation of Vladimir and Kalisa!  There
are LOTS of great things planned.  We hope you are planning to come.

 

We are returning to the Bayport Scout Reservation in Jamaica, VA.  ACCEPS is

pleasure.  PLEASE consider pre-registering so that we may properly prepare
the site.

 * Merchants, please contact me for space.

* For those that would like a space around the list field, please send me a
note.

 

This is a tent camping event.  There is plenty of space.  PLEASE
pre-register is you are camping!  There are also hotels within a 30-40
minute range.  

 * We have a block of 20 rooms at Days Inn, Tappahannock (804-443-9200) for
the weekend.   Please identify yourself with “SCA” and secure your room with
a credit card. 

 * There are rooms available for Friday only at the Holiday Inn Express,
Tappahannock (804-445-1200) and at the Super 8 Tappahannock (804-443-3888).

* There are rooms available the entire weekend at the Comfort Inn,
Gloucester (804-695-1900) and the Hampton Inn, Gloucester (804-693-9393).
These are a bit more expensive but they have space.
