Greetings to all budding Atlantia poets,
I have only been Poeta a few shorts weeks but one wonderful thing I am learning is how many new, budding and uncertain poets there are out there. I would like to extend my personal invitation to each of you to introduce me to your poetry, even if it is unfinished! There are several ways you can do this. You can bring samples with you to events and we can talk or you can email samples to me along with your contact information. If you bring samples to events, you might want to bring an extra copy that I can keep. If I am busy, we might not get as much talk time.
I hope you will take me up on this offer. I am so excited about what I have seen so far. You can check the Poeta website (http://poeta.atlantia.sca.org) to see where I will be. (Click on refresh when you get there as it seems to need some encouragement to update.) This weekend I will be at Crown Tourney and resident for most of the day in the Bright Hills Pavilion (just ask anyone there how to find me). (I will be on Troll from 10-12 so you can introduce yourself there if you like.)
Best regards,
Kat
