If you plan to come to Crown Tourney May 4-6. ACCEPS closed tomorrow! Please
pre reg if you can. Reservations also available via ACCEPS    

 

If you cannot pre reg but are coming to the event PLEASE send me an e-mail
telling me you will be there! Need a head count for food.  

 

ALL DAY SIDEBOARD by Lady Tirzah and Chez Robear. Food is included in your
site fee.

 

LIST FIELD RESERVATIONS - if you plan to have a pavilion on the list field,
email dollymore at comcast.net to reserve your space.

 

There is no additional charge for camping.  

 

For SCA discount, hotel needs to be registered by this Tuesday.
