Greetings and Salutations Fellow Atlantians,
My name is Katarzyna Witkowska and I was chosen as Poeta Atlantia at Coronation this past weekend. I am excited to sponsor my first poetry competition at Tir-y-Don’s Birthday and Investiture Celebration on April 27-29, 2012. Each entrant is to write a poem in praise of Tir-y-Don’s new Baron and Baroness, Lord Matheu and Lady Isabel. The poem may be of any length and must be written in a medieval style. Since this is such short notice, no documentation is required but please briefly state the style of your poem. I hope you will be in attendance but entries can be emailed to me. No performance is necessary. Beginners and children are welcomed and encouraged to participate.
I am looking forward to attending this event and reading all of your poems. There will be more competitions and classes forthcoming.
Yours in service,
Katarzyna Witkowska
