>The Arts & Sciences activities at Crown Tournament (May 5th) will consist of two competitions plus Tempore Atlantia and an open display. The two competitions are both heraldic in nature, and your entries need not be new work. (Specifically, even if you have won a former competition with your item, it is still eligible.) The first is a competition for the best Heraldic Display involving a Field Pavilion. For this, documentation is optional, but highly encouraged, as it will be worth up to 3 extra points towards your score. The other competition is for Anything Heraldic. For this one, documentation is required. But don't panic! E-Z Doc forms will be gladly accepted (see http://larsdatter.com/ezdoc/ ) and, even if you forget, extra forms will be available on site which can be filled out on the day of the tourney. The prizes for each of these competitions is 10 yards of Spike trim.

>Tempore Atlantia will be there. The competition time period is 1250 to 1492, and the pre-judging period is 1492 to 1600. And, finally, if you don't feel up to being judged, or if your work does not fit one of the competition categories, there will be a display area open to all artisans, regardless of discipline. Hope to see you all there!!
