Antique Tool Auction Saturday ~April 14, 2012 Auction begins: 9:00 am

Directions: Interstate I-40 Exit 105 make a right from either
direction on either ramp onto Highway 18 S. Sterling Street. Highway
18 South Sterling Street becomes S. Green Street in downtown. S. Green
Street becomes NC 181. Go to Frank Whisnant Road and make a left. Stay
right at curve. Go to 3308 Frank Whisnant Road. Look for signs.

This is a huge auction of antique tools! Tools include woodworking,
blacksmith, logging and some good out of print books. Keen-Kutter,
Blue Grass, Stanley to name a few.

Blacksmith tools including: many anvils, post leg vice, old coal forge
with blower, nippers, cutters, forming tools, punch hammers, forgeing
hammers, and bottom fullers, anvil hardy’s, anvil/vice.

Special interest item: a nice old bellows that was re-canvased for the
movie    ” Last of the Mohicans”.

Logging tools; log rollers log tongs, two man saws, broad hewing axes,
saw hammers, sharpening tools, hatchets, and more. Woodworking tools:
plough planes, molding planes, folding rulers, drawknives, chain
drills, post drills, hand saws, scribes , chisels, scrapers, wrenches,
ratcheting bit brace, spoke shaves, calipers, levels, trammels, auger
bits, old router planes, hollow augers, draw gauges, copper ‘s adzes,
plumb bobs, barrel tools.

Table top show cases, mounted dear heads with glass eyes, old gun
parts, oilers, bottles, advertising, house jacks, brown mule, ice saw,
old traps, firestone bike, oil lamps, fishing reels, jewelers anvils,
jars, some nice out of print book on tools, knife making,
blacksmithing, metal working, and more.

A lot of items in this sale, if you don’t buy tools here on April
14th, you will look long and hard to ever find them again. There are
