It's been over a decade since I did much brewing... What if I just  
drink a hundred gallons in a year :-)

Any beginning brewers might wish to consult the BEVERAGES section in  
the Florilegium for a lot of advice and recipes for many different  
brewed beverages from ale to kumiss. Drinking 100 gallons of kumiss  
might be a real challenge. blech! :-)
