[MR] Coronation site ... Weather?

A question.  For I haven't seen any discussion on the Merry Rose about
it, and 'weather for events' is usually a top priority.

Given that the area (VA/DC/MD) is receiving record rainfall at the
moment, with flash flood watches, up to 4 inches of rain being predicted
in areas ...

And that rain predicted to last through tomorrow with Thunderstorms in
the area of the Coronation site.

Can anyone perhaps offer the information:

1) How does the site handle water, how 'habitable' will it be?

2) Is there enough indoor space/shelter for the event?  Or should anyone
attending plan on bringing enough 'keep me dry' gear (pavilions) for
themselves?
