Do not despair of the rain, archers, for this shall pass. And then, on a warm and beautiful day in September, the Barony of Storvik will welcome one and all to a day of shooting fun. 

Next Saturday the 17th of September, while the fighters battle, Cathar vs. Catholic, in the 13th century, we will shoot our arrows in "Tales of the Dark Woods." Taken from French legend and other sources, our targets will astonish and delight novices and experts alike. Try your skill at the retreating golden egg, shoot down the menacing wolf, collect the hanging fruit, and try to pick off the magical goldfish . . .  We will also have a beginner range, so bring your new archers and your young ones, too. Prizes! Shootouts! Archery!
