I am pleased to announce that Dame Hróðný Rognvaldsdóttir will be stepping  
up as Atlantia's new Golden Dolphin Herald!
 
All warranted heralds, effective immediately, please begin sending your  
completed submissions to her.
 
I have absolute confidence in Dame Hróðný's tenure as Golden Dolphin and  
Atlantia is truly blessed to have such a dedicated professional taking on  
this task.
 
While all warranted heralds should start forwarding submissions to Dame  
Hróðný now, I hope that as many Atlantians as possible can join us at WAR OF 
THE  WINGS VI for her official installation as Atlantia's newest Golden 
Dolphin  Herald!
 
Please join me in welcoming Dame Hróðný in her new role within the  
Atlantian College of Heralds & Scribes.  I am certain that you will  show her the 
same patience and support I have enjoyed in these last months  of doing 
submissions.  Heraldry, and the whole of the  Society, work best when we all pull 
together to make the magic  happen.  Here's a grand opportunity for a brand 
new day!
