[MR] BBC: Pictish carved stone discovered

Noble friends,

The BBC just posted this short article and photo of a carved Pictish 
stone found in Scotland: 
http://www.bbc.co.uk/news/uk-scotland-highlands-islands-14881753 . The 
stone is incorporated into a wall at a farm in northern Scotland, and 
had escaped the notice of historians for years. It has been dated to as 
late as the 7th century, which puts it into our period (barely!).
