[MR] Lethal Spike

The tokens were the creation of Lord Otel Altunat.

He found a large quantity of amber that contained Spikes which must have
been caught in the tree resin many years ago.  Amazingly, he was able to
carve free sufficient numbers to provide them as 30 year site tokens. 
Some lucky few may even find other creatures that were caught during that
same period.
