[MR] WoW VI: A multitude of gate volunteers needed!

Greetings to all!

As you all well know, War of the Wings is almost upon us!  At this time, we need a multitude of volunteers to man the gate for check-in during the event.

The gate is open on 
Thursday from 12 noon until 1am, 
Friday from 7am until 1am, 
Saturday from 7am until 1 am, and 
Sunday from 7 am until 12 noon.  That is many hours to cover!  

Ideally, we need at least three people there at all times.  I intend to be there as much as possible, but can’t do it alone.

If you wish to volunteer for an hour or more, please contact me at CeciliaBlytheSCA at gmail.com ASAP.  Name your preferred time or times and I will confirm with you by e-mail.  
If you wish to volunteer to be a captain for a day or half day and then set up your own volunteers for that time period, I would be happy to arrange that with you also.  

If you will be reachable by cell phone/text at the event and wish to volunteer for emergency fill-in help, please let me know that also.  

And last but certainly not least, if you find yourself at loose ends during any of the above listed gate hours, stop by and see if you can fill in for a bit.  Any help is greatly appreciated!
