[MR] Performing arts competition at Hawkwood Howl

Greetings to all performers!

I will be sponsoring a performing arts competition at Hawkwood Howl.  
It will be one round, and there will be two prizes: one for best  
overall, and one for best novice (performing for less than a year).  
Documentation is requested but not required, and the requested theme  
is "Scary". Feel free to perform even if you don't match the theme.  
All forms of performing arts are welcome.

I'll know more about exactly when and where after I talk to the  
autocrat.
