We MAY be getting our Internet connection back today, if the new modem comes in.  And if it works.  (I really don't care so much about the 4G stuff, just give us a functional modem, OK?)

And we may be getting the big van back too.  Its transmission was badly deteriorated, to the point of needing a complete rebuild.  Good thing we didn't decide to go to WoW - if we had, the tranny would probably have disintegrated under the load with the trailer.  And the price . . . well, we'll be eating a log of pasta for a while.  So WoW is out of the question, even though we should by then have reliable transportation.
