There is a Map on the WOW VI website. For those who have not had a chance to see this. You may cross post at will. Come prepared for plenty of fighting and lots of fun.
Heavy Battle for WOW VI Scenario Rules:
· The battle will last approximately 3 hrs. It may be shortened if fighters in general are becoming unduly exhausted.
· Castles will serve as resurrection points and will have a no combat safety zone surrounding them. Here only will we allow “hats off” for food , drink and general cooling off.
· The River may only be crossed on the two bridges or by going through the Mountain Pass (woods).
· All Siege engines must be located in the safety zone and have arcs of fire limited to prevent overshooting into spectator areas. There will be no fighting around siege weapons but crews must still be fully armored.
· Redoubts will serve as a resurrection point for as long as they are not contested. If there are enemy combatants within melee weapon range of the redoubt there will be a “no resurrections” called until the redoubt is no longer contested. Combatants must keep their helms ON.
· Redoubts, bridges and the mountain pass will be point locations. At two times during the battle points will be counted. They will be counted again at the end of the battle. This will total 15 points, the side with the most points at the end of the battle will be declared the winner.
· About 3 minutes before the end of the battle there will be a “no more resurrections” called for the entire field.
· Combat archers must remain on their side of the river to limit over fire into spectator areas. Archers are free to operate within the confines of the Mountain pass woods.
