[MR] War of the Wings - atlatl

I do not believe there is an atlatl battle this year. However there is
nothing to stop someone from trotting down to the archery field and throwing
Atlatl darts at the most of the archery targets. I have it on good authority
that Oog of the Hill People is planning on doing that...probably Friday.
