[MR] Thank you's for Jester's Tourney

Now is the time to send out all of the thank you's to everyone who helped
make Jester's Tournament a success!
This was our first canton event since 2005 and it took a lot of people
coming together to make it happen. I would not have been able to be as
relaxed without everyone's help!

First & foremost I would like to thank Their Royal Majesties, Cuan &
Padraigin for joining us!

I want to express my gratitude to my love Lord Bor Markovich, he made many
of the games you found in the game hall & survived my first event as
autocrat! Next I would like to thank The Banished Family; Lord Robert the
Banished, Lady Bridget O'Shay, & Lord Ewan Arthur Delaney. We have spent
most weekends for the past six months working on getting everything
together. And they are personally responsible for the beautiful benches
that were awarded to the winners of the martial activities. And for their
guidance and support throughout the whole planning stage and most
importantly, setting up & cleaning up; Baroness Elisabeth Borden of Kent,
Lady Alexandra Linden Gangefeyr, & Lord Louie. Hróðgeirr Hrafnsson &
Psaltery Dreams were kind enough to donate prizes.

To my event staff:
Lord Duncan MacEwan atte Mersche for cooking an award winning feast and his
kitchen staff; m'lady Maria, m'lord Mal, and m'lady Abrah. Thank you all
for working so hard!
To all my marshalls: Lord Robert the Banished, Lord Alleyn Blackburn, &
Lord Cian MacCellachan HUí Dhublaich for your time and planning some really
creative tourney styles!
To my MOL who VOLUNTEERED the second the event was spiked, Lord Draco of
Brockore Abbey. I cannot express my thanks enough for the offer! You have
done a great job!
To the winner of the Jester's Garb with her winning personality, our
Chirurgeon, Lady Fríða In'Hárfagra!
To our ever patient Kingdom Chancellor of Youth, Emeludt Hänsler, THANK
YOU! She helped the children make their own felt jester hats!
And everyone who came was greeted by Lady Cecilia Blythe, thank you for
being someone I could count on to troll everyone in & for keeping the $
accounted for and safe!
We were also blessed with a beautiful and well organized area for the
newcomers to find garb and accessories, thank you Lady Alexandra Linden
Gangefeyr.


Throughout the day we had several members of the Mountain help Their Royal
Majesties as Their retainers.
Lord Paul Lorensson, Lady Elizabet Walkere, Lady Alexandra Linden
Gangefeyr, Lady Caisséne Ingen Fháeláin, m'lady Brigit Dair Eideand, &
m'lady Lola, thank you for your service. And to Lord Ingvar Erlingsson for
donating the Royal Luncheon and helping keep the retainers on schedule. And
especially for letting us minions come and clean up the yummy lunch!


And most importantly I want to thank everyone who came early to help set up
& stayed late to help take everything back down!! There are too many to
name, but you guys ROCKED! We had a blast!
