I hope you are all having a wonderful anniversary year and are remembering to get your passports stamped!

Our first prize to be featured is a 7-8th Century Byzantine Necklace.

Even today, there still exist a plethora of gold wire
necklaces, accented with amethyst, pearls, gold and a variety of glass beads,
from the 6th to 8th centuries Byzantium. This necklace is a replica of an
original in the Metropolitan Museum in New York, with pearls, amethyst, and
Rose Quartz or Peridot.
