Sir Aelfred and I saw the exhibit last weekend as well. It was really
worth the visit- and tickets are only $8, less for military and students.
It is stunning to see the actual size and beauty of these items and I urge
anyone who has the opportunity to go see them. It's not a huge exhibit by
some of the Smithsonian exhibit standards, though it includes a hundred or
so items, but they did great job of explaining many of the items. I
especially enjoyed the in depth mini videos on several items. They also have
a hands on 'seek the treasure' for youngsters in the rear of the exhibit...
The price of the ticket includes all three of the current exhibits so you
can see 'grossology' and an incredibly underwater photography exhibit as
well.

Cordially,
Simone
