What are the limitations on the siege weapons for this tourney?

1) Does this mean they must fit on a tabletop?  If so, does this just  
mean that when you hoist them on to a tabletop that the wheels/legs/ 
throwing arm must be lifted clear of the ground?

2) Or if they must fit on top of a table, is there a limit to the size  
of the tabletop?

or 3) Does this mean that the size of the projectiles is limited to  
the size of a tabletop? That would cut back the size of the  
projectiles. No pianos allowed.
