The canton of Charlesbury Crossing will be offering a lunch at this event
cooked by Lady Jamila bat Hayyim.  

 

Cost: $5.00

Menu:  A bowl of Cream of Potato Soup, Piece of fruit,  Bread, and a drink
(soda or water).

 

We will setup at 11:30 and serve 30, we'll stop serving when we are sold out
or at 2:00pm.

In A Phoenix Eye is an entire event dedicated to Arts and Sciences. Artisans
of all levels are encouraged to bring their best work, completed or in
progress, to display and/or compete in 51 categories. There will be a prize
for the best pentathlon entry but entering the pentathlon is not required.
If you have any items you would like to contribute for prizes, please bring
them to donate. They will be greatly appreciated.
 
Beside each entry there will be a small booklet for you to leave a comment
if you are so inspired. There will also be a place to leave a token (bead,
charm, etc.) if you really liked the entry. Anyone may do this; it's not
just for peers. Please bring a little something and have fun.
 
On the booklets there will be a tag that is specifically for peers (Laurels,
Knights, Pelicans, Royals, etc). We would like the peers in attendance to
sponsor an entry with a gift. Bring something with you that day with which
you would like to acknowledge someones work. When you see the entry that
impresses you, remove that tag and turn it and the gift in to registration.
Sponsorships will be noted and gifts given out at court. 
 
I have had questions about classes and merchants. Both are welcome. Please
contact me directly if you would like to do either. Classes will be
scheduled as time and space are available during the day.
