Good evening,
Michael and I would like to take a few minutes to thank the Barony or Caer Mear and all of the attendees for a wonderful and memorable weekend.
Sapphire Joust is always a very special event and it is one that has graced our Kingdom for many years.  It embodies much of the martial skill, pageantry, camaraderie and joy that has characterized our Kingdom throughout our history.   From the prowess on the field, the glorious gathering of so many of the Baronage in Court, the music, stories and company throughout the evenings - this is the best of what we are.
As always, Caer Mear has produced an event that runs smoothly and apparently effortlessly, easily masking the tremendous amount of hard work they put into it.
We would also like to thank the many people who took time from their weekend to attend the many order meetings and the Curia.  We thank them for their counsel and for the commentary and feedback we were able to take away with us.  Your words have given us much food for thought and are an invaluable tool in our efforts to finish the many tasks at hand.
His Majesty in particular would like to extend his thanks to the Baronage for their additional time and attention.  You are a very important part of the Kingdom and of great service to your Baronies.
There are many more wonderful events coming up in the Kingdom, come out and share them with us and with each other.
