[MR] Web Folks meeting @ Sapphire Joust

[Atlantia Web Minister]

Greetings to the Web Folk of Atlantia (and other interested parties).  For
those who may not know me, I am Talorgen, and I am now your Kingdom Web
Minister.

I'm going to hold a web folks meeting at Sapphire Joust.  It will be on
Saturday at 4 PM in the VFW hall.  If you are currently a web minister, you
are invited.  If you are just interested in working on our IT
infrastructure, you are also invited.

Over the coming months, I intend to re-work the way that we do web
infrastructure work for the Kingdom.  I will need help to do it.  I will
need folks who do design, and folks who implement designs.  I need artwork,
even if it's not on a computer yet.  I need database folks!  I need graphics
artists as well as folks who know how to write code.  I don't expect anyone
to be able to do it all, and will welcome whatever skills and time
commitments you are able to bring to the table.

I know that Sapphire is a busy event.  I'll make sure to make myself
available after Royal court as well, but I didn't want to move the meeting
that late and interfere with folks' dinners.
