Greetings to the tavern,

  If you would like to reserve list field space please send me your
footprint along with the group name, contact person, contact
information, and whether you would like to be on the heavy or rapier
list field.  List field space will be first come first serve.  We
will try to accommodate as many as possible, but the only way to
guarantee a space is to get me your footprint soon.  Also we still
have some feast slots available but the are going really fast.
