Your Grace,

For any comment to be officially received it should always be sent directly
to Their Royal Majesties and/or the Kingdom officer involved, in this case
Their Majesties have setup a specific address for comments on this topic.

However, the Merry Rose is also a tavern and as such the patrons who
frequent here are free to discuss amongst themselves the topics on their
mind as they enjoy a pint, so long as those discussions remain civilized.
Many discussions that happen in the tavern will help others to better write
their own opinions both for and against the topic of the day.  Those who are
motivated by these discussions will formally submit their comments in the
proper manor to be considered, others will be lazy and continue to jaw over
their pint to no end.
