[MR] Tourney of Heraldry

The Tourney of Heraldry will be held at Saphire Joust once again. It will be a reboot, no previous points will be counted. A brief review of the points system is as follows

1 point if the 5-7 man team is in matching livery, including the Herald.
Points awarded by the best Herald during team procession
1 point for the cheering section in matching heraldry.
Points for matching flags, banners, hats, pets, and heraldic monkeys.
Points for the ability of the cheering section to motivate the troops
Point for landed Baron fighting for his barony, 5 points for a Baroness
1 point for each peer, peers may not repeat weapons forms.
Points for the ability to make the queen or princess laugh out loud.
Point for period container to hold gem stones awarded.
A blind eye towards any acts of bribery of the judges
ten point tokens to be handed out by the Queen at her whim
No zombies or other undead creatures
Points awarded by wins achieved in a bear pit style wounds retained format.
Point count by the amount of gems stones collected by your herald

Prize will be a chest of many things to the winning team
