[MR] PERFORMING ARTS OPPORTUNITIES COMING UP!!

SAPPHIRE  JOUST:  Their Majesties are sponsoring a War Song competition at 
Sapphire Joust.  The Song  should inspire Their Majesties' Warriors to battle 
and extol their  strength and might!  The song can be in any style, but keep in 
mind that  it should be a great song for marching into battle.  Documentation is 
welcome, but not required.   The competition will take place on Saturday at 
10:00 am so all you fighters who have longed to participate in Performance do 
not have to be left out!  If you would like to preregister, you can send me an 
email with your SCA name and I will add you to the list.  However, 
pre-registration is NOT required. 


ATLANTIAN XXX:  This event will be a great and historical time!  The songwriting 
competition will be for any song that tells a  story of Atlantia - great 
battles, heroic warriors, beautiful ladies,  chivalric lords, Kings and Queens, 
artisans and nobles - anything that  records part of the wonderful history of 
Atlantia.  


ALSO - You can now sign up to perform during Atlantian XXX and to enter the 
competitions!  The Performing Arts Tent will be alive with performances 
throughout the weekend, so we need YOU to make that happen!  Performers or ALL
