[MR] Announcement from the Board regarding members affected by recent storms

Due to the devastation in some Southern states, the Corporate Office will be suspending memberships in the affected regions until notified by the member that their addresses are still useable or they provide us with a new address. The Post Office will send an alert out for the zipcodes that are affected, and we will process the address suspensions based on that list. Our aim is to prevent the member from losing membership time and publications. 
 
This was the procedure that we followed after Katrina, and it worked quite well. The Kingdom Seneschals and Chroniclers are asked to notify their members that this will take place immediately.
