[MR] Bardic competition at Tournament of Friends

There will be a bardic competition sponsored by Mistress Dervila ni  
Leanon, the Royal Bard, at the Tournament of Friends. There will be  
two rounds. The first one will be for everyone, and the second will  
be only for those competing for Windmasters’ Hill Baronial Bard.  
There is no theme for the first round. The second round’s them is  
“War Inspiration” - sing your best “lead the troops to war” song, as  
Their Excellencies would like to have the troops sung to the field at  
the War this summer. Documentation is requested (and will get you  
more points) but is not required.
