[MR] Event Profit Sharing

You know, the mention of event profit sharing made me remember something that's worked well in other areas. 

A portion of the event profits for larger events (Wars primarily, IIRC), say 10-25% (I blush that I do not remember the exact percentage used),  is set aside to be split between those who volunteer time during the event, to be sent to their home Barony or sub-group.  

The nice thing about this is that the groups with the largest percentage of volunteers gets the largest portion of the fund allocated and there is always a fairly ready source of volunteers who can see tangible benefits from their efforts. Many of the Baronies/subgroups encouraged their members to give some time to the events and enjoyed a little cash flow for each hour donated.

Might not solve all of the problems of the universe, but it might be a nice idea for bigger events that rely heavily on volunteer staff (such as Sapphire, WOW, etc.)
