[MR] SCA Survey?

Survey's in the SCA are very hard to deal with since we count membership in
2 ways paid and unpaid. figuring out who can take the survey is one problem.
The other issue is who/what will do the data recording and analysis.
With the 3rd issue being will the data be used, or even is the data useable.
About 10 years ago there was a chatelaine survey put out by Mistress Kaysia,
the then kingdom chatelaine. I ended up reading each paper survey, recording
the data only to figure out after days and hours that we really could not
learn anything from what looked like a really good survey when we started.
Please NO more survey's!!!
Currently there is a system in place for feedback for the proposed symbols
of rank, I suggest that everyone uses that... again
feedback at atlantia.sca.org.
With other issues that are being discussed such as event bids, there again
is a way to get more information about what is needed for an event bid, and
when it should be submitted. all of this information can be found under the
seneschal pages on the website. http://seneschal.atlantia.sca.org/ There is
even a deputy Seneschal specifically for kingdom event bids. The issue here
is needing to get event bids in which is a kingdom wide issue. Which we all
should be able to help find an answer to by getting our own branches to
submit bids regularly.
