Think of it as ... Atlantia is so amazing and the people so kind that we wish to help out and strengthen friendships. i have learned first hand that Atlantia and her people would do the same for anyone.

I don't think anybody is assuming the intentions of the people putting the bid in. I certainly am not.
I only worry that it gives the impression that Atlantia can not solve its own problems.
