 M'lord Ravenwulf,

The proposed law at http://atlantia.sca.org/rank.php ; does not address anything precedencially below Coronets for Court Barons and Baronesses. So the answer is this proposal does not address circlets for the general populace, recipients of AoAs or GoAs at all.

Their Majesties' FAQ document at http://atlantia.sca.org/rankfaq.php , however, does say the following:

9. What about circlets?
Per the Laurel Sovereign of Arms, any person, regardless of rank, may wear a thin circlet to hold down their hair or veil. There is a practice in some Kingdoms of presenting circlets to those people who are Awarded Arms. This is not the case in Atlantia, and we will not be creating different heights of circlets to distinguish between non-armigerous, AoA and GoA ranks.
Be well

Just a question- I recall that a 1-pointed circlet is legal for regular lords

and ladies at this time. does the proposed change affect the average sca

person's right to wear a basic circlet? thanks

Ravenwulf
