Celebrating the return of the Atlantian College of Heralds & Scribes  
newsletter!  Woohoo!

Thank you to Patricia Manticore for putting it together.  I know she'd  
like to get another issue together before KWHSS (which is almost upon  us!).  
If anyone has anything they'd like to contribute, now would be the  time!

I'll also be posting some new promotions and staff changes in the next
