[MR] North Carolina Crossbow purchase law repealed

For those Atlantians living in North Carolina, the law that required you to
get a pistol purchase permit from your local Sheriff in order to buy a
crossbow has been repealed. If you've been holding out on buying a crossbow
in NC because of this law, you may now rush down to your local store to buy
the crossbow. Of course, there never was a law against buying one at Pennsic
and bringing it home. At least I don't think there was one.
