[MR] Pearl Passport Instructions (Changed - Please Read)

The Pearl Passport Contest is now mere days away!  Here's how you can participate:

1.  Obtain a passport!  *THIS HAS CHANGED*  Passports will no longer be available at events.  Instead, please contact your local Pearl Passport Distribution Volunteer to obtain a passport.  A list of volunteers can be found here, http://www.travelatlantia.net/dist.html , and will be posted to the Merry Rose later this week.  We apologize for any inconveniences this change may cause. 

2.  Start attending events!  At the gate of each event listed (except the inter-kingdom wars) have your passport stamped in the appropriate box.  If you attend an event not listed, have someone at the gate write the name of the event in one of the empty boxes at the end of the passport.  We will post the location of the stamp for each inter-kingdom war as they approach.  Autocrats: if your event made the passport, you WILL get a stamp for the gate to use.

3.  Get counted!  After the contest ends (April 7, 2012), take your passport to a Pearl Passport Counter to have your passport information, including all of the events you attended, registered into the contest.  We will release a list of Pearl Passport Counter next March.  We will announce the winners by June 7, 2012.
