[MR] Update on Book Sale

Sorry to post this to the whole group, but I got so many responses I wanted to make sure I didn't miss anyone.

There are still a lot of costuming and a few calligraphy and other art books, and a few that would be of interest to other crafters.  

I'm going to pack up all the orders this morning, expect an invoice early this afternoon with the correct postage (fair warning - it's likely to be high, even on media mail, I think almost everyone got a huge pile of books!)
