[MR] Demo in Highland Foorde (Hagerstown, MD) April 13th, 2010 - please consider joining us!

Hail and Well Met,



The Hagerstown Community College (Students for Creative Anachronism) is
hosting is second annual demo on April 13th at 1000am. We have not decided
where to hold it. We will either be at our traditional site at the hill top
lounge or a new spot between the Career Programs Building and the Main
office.

Couple of different things we will be doing this year, besides our normal
day of demonstrations.  The club will be offering $50.00 credit cards for
each discipline that the students find the most inspiring. We will have one
for the most inspiring fighter, the most inspiring rapier fighter, and the
most inspiring Artisan.  We will also have the event catered - we put a
sizeable amount of our budget towards this (most likely hearty soups,
breads, cheeses, that sort of thing).



We plan on starting at 1000am and running till 3:00. We should have a huge
turnout (students love free food) so I expect 500-700 students coming
through.
