[MR] Roxbury Mill Martial Arts Symposium April 30th

Good day good gentles,
 
The site is ready and the fields are cleared and the Free Shire of Roxbury Mill anticipates the arrival of the north Atlantian fighters, swordsmen, combatants, and archers to attend on April the 30th. The gates to the shire monastary will open at 9 of the clock in the morning.   Wagons and horses shall be parked and hobbled in the field to the right of the drive, unless there is rain then we will use the stony field to the rear and bottem of the demense.  We have arranged for a fourth list field (if requested) for those gentles who wish to practice cut and thrust sowrdsmanship.
 
Parking Arrangements:  Please arrive using the entry between the brick gateway and park in the right side field, there is room for about 50 cars.  Overflow parking will be on a gravel lot to the rear of the property between the convent house and the assisted living center.  Directions will be given at the site.  The overflow lot will be the primary lot should the ground be overly wet or it is raining.
 
We are especially seeking Knights, White scarves, senior squires, and veteran armored and rapier fighters  to be instructors and assist with marshalling.
 
If you are free to assist as a Marshal in charge for a discipline, a field marshal, a chirurgean or assistant, please do contact Laird Seanne Alansyn most immediately.
