[MR] painting fencing masks

Very, very, very few of the masks I have seen with things painted on
the mesh have looked good. The humanoid faces are almost always
especially bad. I find that barring a helmet/faceplate of some kind, a
nice outer hood covers the mask very well without the need for
additional adornment.
