Alas that it should be so, but his most bibulous Excellency of Highland Foorde 
fears his brewing skills might not match up to the standards in northern 
Atlantia these days, though he claims to keep his populace content enough, in 
those far Highland reaches.  It may be that their esteem of him is such, their 
care for their Baron so great, or his brew-testing so frequent, that he is not 
aware that they travel to the marketplaces to find beer...
