Yup.

When trying to deal with badge registrations and other award-related issues 
back then, we discovered that the name and the badge were shown in the 
Scibes' Handbook and various other sources as related and the name was used 
in Kingdom Law, but the badge and name had never formally been associated.

So we did that to make the law match the fact. . .

Atlantia transferred the badge to Nathaniel, but "Academie d'Espee" remains
registered to Atlantia and is now associated with the badge used by White
Scarves in Atlantia (in July 2007). At least, that is what Morsulus knows.
