Apologies if I implied that C&A created the order; the only information I had is dates of induction of members, which isn't the same thing. Did Steffan and Twila actually induct any members? It's certainly possible for one reign to create an order (by putting it into kingdom law and all that) but for the first member[s] to be inducted in a different reign. Not necessarily likely, but possible.

If there *were* members inducted by Steffan and Twila then it would be good to know. It's nice to have an accurate OP and all that (he says, wearing his assistant CoP hat).
